Manchester United players had to change sides with Brighton in the famous Old Trafford tunnel just moments before kick off as captain Harry Maguire appeared to get confused with what side players should line up on.
In a video posted on social media, Maguire was seen originally getting his players to line up on the right of the tunnel before a conversation with goalkeeper David De Gea appeared to change his mind.
De Ge points to where the Brighton team has lined up and suggests to a confused looking Maguire that it should be the home side that is stood on the left side of the walkway.

This is then replicated in the tunnel, something that Maguire seemed to momentarily forget as United got their Premier League season underway.

Maguire was one of the many underperforming starters that failed to inspire confidence as the new Premier League season kicked off.
The centre-back was made a scapegoat for a lot of frustration from United fans last season and has been targeted again following the recent defeat with many calling for him to be dropped for World Cup and serial Champions League winner Raphael Varane.
