Jurgen Klopp has refused to answer a question at his post-match press conference, claiming he is unhappy with the journalist’s coverage of the club.
Liverpool suffered another loss on Saturday, losing 3-0 to Premier League battlers Wolves, leaving them tenth with just one win in their last five in the league.
An early own goal from Joel Matip was followed by a shot from Craig Dawson that left the visitors chasing a two-goal deficit after just twelve minutes at Molineux.

Asked by Athletic journalist James Pearce if the team’s poor start this season was due to a mentality problem, Klopp refused to answer. ‘It’s very difficult to talk to you if I’m 100% honest. I would prefer not to do that.
The former Borussia Dortmund boss said he was refusing to answer the reporter’s question because of his coverage of the club, but added that he was happy to elaborate on the matter if another member of the media asked.
‘You know why, because of all the things you wrote. So if anyone else wanted to ask that question I’ll answer it and if not.
Klopp later admitted that his team’s tendency to endure slow starts was worrying, adding that Saturday’s loss represented the lowest point of the club’s season so far.

Klopp’s side have now won just one of their last five Premier League games and sit 10th in the table.
‘Yes, that’s true, we had that theme for the first part of this season, now not so much. But today was the pinnacle of our problems because in a game like this it’s absolutely not allowed.
You can criticize us, you can judge us, you can say what you want and you’re probably right, I have nothing to say against that because these twelve minutes are not allowed.
“Coming here with all the things we’ve done in the last few days and all season so far is what we want, and then we got here and this is the result that’s really hard to take.”
