Joy-Anna Duggar and her husband, Austin Forsyth, have officially welcomed their third child, a baby boy, and gave a first look at their little bundle of joy on Instagram on Friday.
The TV personality, 25, and her husband of nearly six years, 28, announced in October last year that they were expecting baby number three.
The two lovebirds, who tied the knot in 2017, already share son Gideon, four, and daughter Evelyn, two.
The photo uploaded to Joy-Anna’s main Instagram page showed her resting in a hospital bed gently rocking her newborn son, while Austin excitedly leaned forward to get to the family photo as well.
The mother-of-three wrote the caption to her 1.1 million fans and followers: “He’s here!” followed by a blue heart emoji. “Thanks everyone for praying… Mommy and baby are fine.”

In October, the couple happily announced that they would soon be adding another addition to their family by uploading a slew of family photos while holding up sonograms. “Baby #3 is on its way!”
Joy-Anna also shared a slideshow of her and Austin’s reaction when they learned they were expecting their third child. “Honey, you’re so loved already,” gushed the media star at the time.

Later that same month, Joy gave her fans and followers a full YouTube video capturing the special moment she and her husband learned about the pregnancy, and also uploaded snippets to Instagram.
Whispering in a tearful clip recorded from Alaska, Joy-Anna explained to viewers that she was taking a test and hoped it would come back positive.
Before opening the test result, she wiped a tear from her eye as she remarked to the camera, “I miss my babies,” who were home in Arkansas.
The 13 minute YouTube video shows the mouth of the former Counting On personality as she removes the pregnancy test to see the result.
“We tried and we’re both ready for number three,” the mom-to-be said in the recording. “Or baby number three and four,” her husband added.

“Wouldn’t that be cool?” Duggar asked rhetorically before continuing, “We’re in a really good place right now.”
“We love our family and we’re ready to expand, so we really hope we get pregnant. It would be crazy if it were twins. It would be fun.’ In the clip, the mom and dad shared with their followers that their bundle of joy is due in May this year.
Joy-Anna welcomed her first son, Gideon, in 2018, and her second child, daughter Evelyn, in 2020. However, in 2019, the TLC star suffered a tragic loss after miscarrying their daughter Annabell, who was 20 weeks pregnant. .

“We had gone in for our 20 week ultrasound and gender reveal. It was a baby girl. Although we don’t understand why, God has given us inexplicable peace and comfort during this very difficult time. Yes, it still hurts and we’ve cried countless tears, but we know we can trust the Lord.”
Towards the end of the post, she also revealed the name they gave their daughter. “We named her Annabell Elise. Annabell means ‘God has favored me’ and Elise means ‘God is pleased’.’
“How precious to know that when our daughter opened her eyes, the first thing she saw was the face of Jesus. Please pray for further healing, not only physically but also for our hearts.”
