Jono Castano reveals he was ‘super stressed’ and cried while girlfriend Simone Holtznagel gave birth – as the couple share a glimpse at their home life with newborn daughter

Jono Castano’s journey to new fatherhood came with his fair share of anxiety, he admitted.

The celebrity personal trainer was in the delivery room when his model girlfriend Simone Holtznagel gave birth to their daughter Gia last month.

And he had moments when he worried, Jono said in this week’s issue Stellar magazine.

‘I was super stressed when I saw Sim give birth. I kept swearing,” the 33-year-old admitted.

‘But once [Gia] came out, it was absolutely a tremendous joy and even as I sit here with her now, there is no stress of life. Everything else, I’m like, “f*ck it.”‘

Simone says the couple cried together as their daughter lay in her arms.

‘I cried, of course we all cried. “I knew it was going to be hard, but it was nothing like what you could ever prepare for, or at least that’s how I felt,” she said.

“It was just so overwhelming. It didn’t feel real, it felt like a dream. I’m just so happy she’s here.”

‘I just want to be here with Sim and her. It’s indescribable to be in this baby bubble right now,” Jono explained to the publication.

Last month, Simone welcomed her first child with her personal trainer boyfriend.

The blonde bombshell announced the happy news on her Instagram page, along with a series of adorable photos of her newborn.

She revealed that baby Gia arrived on Easter Sunday.

“On Sunday, March 31, we welcomed our healthy baby girl Gia Holtznagel Castano into the world,” she wrote in the caption.

‘We are completely in love with her and are enjoying three of these special moments as a family.’

Simone announced that she and boyfriend Jono were expecting their first child together in October and later confirmed they were having a baby girl.

Simone, who went public with her relationship with the celebrity trainer in 2022, told Who magazine at the time that she was overjoyed with the news.

‘Children have always been in our plan. We started talking about it more and more and then it just happened,” she told the publication.
