John Travolta shares touching tribute to honor late son Jett on what would’ve been his 32nd birthday: ‘Not a day goes by where you’re not with me!’
John Travolta honored his late son Jett Travolta in a touching tribute posted to Instagram on Friday.
On April 12, one day before what would have been Jett’s 32nd birthday, the actor shared a throwback photo with his late wife Kelly Preston and their son.
Alongside the sweet photo, Travolta wrote in his caption, “Happy birthday my Jetty – not a day goes by where you’re not with me!”
His daughter Ella – who celebrated her 24th birthday a week ago – also left a comment under the post, writing alongside five red heart emojis: “Happy Birthday Jetty.”
The Pulp Fiction star, 70, and their son, who was pictured four, visited her on set while she was filming Addicted to Love in 1997.

His beloved first child died in January 2009 at the age of 16 while the family was on vacation in the Bahamas.
He had a seizure and hit his head on the bathtub of the Old Bahama Bay Hotel.
Preston passed away in July 2020 at the age of 57 after a battle with breast cancer.
Travolta said it before We weekly in 2014 that his son’s death was “the worst thing that ever happened in my life.”
βThe truth is, I didn’t know if I was going to make it,β he told the outlet at the time. “Life was no longer interesting to me, so it took a lot to get me better.”
Travolta and his late wife β who were married for almost 60 years β welcomed three children together before her tragic death.
He and the Mischief actress also welcomed daughter Ella in April 2000 and Benjamin, now 13, in November 2010.
