Carrie Bickmore unleashes foul-mouthed tirade while training for her Great Wall of China climb: ‘I can’t do it’

Carrie Bickmore made some nasty words while preparing for her upcoming half marathon.

The radio host, 43, shared a foul-mouthed video on Instagram documenting her intense training routine ahead of her challenging run along the Great Wall of China next month.

In the clip, Carrie swore several times as she tried to run up a flight of stairs in the Dandenong Ranges.

β€œI thought I should do a little more incline. So I’ve reached 1,000 steps in the Dandenongs,” she said between gasps.

‘I just went up the stairs. I’m honestly dead. F**k, f**k, f**k. I can not do it.’

She continued: ‘[The stairs] just keep going, and keep going, and keep going. Oh my God.

‘F**k. F**k. F**k. There is still more to go. Much more.’

The former project presenter continued to swear as she filmed herself running down the stairs.

β€œI’m going to be fucking devastated,” she said.

In the end, Carrie finally celebrated her goal for completing the grueling task.

Last week, the blonde shared the news on her Instagram page that she will be running the iconic milestone, explaining that she was training for the challenging marathon.

‘I manage the Great Wall of China. A few months ago I was feeling a bit blah and needed something to train towards, so I signed up to run (or crawl) the Great Wall of China half marathon. (21km),” she said.

‘The clock is ticking and it’s only four weeks now. Yes, I’m crazy. But sometimes you have to say yes first and then think of all the reasons why not, once it’s too late to back out.”

Carrie said she enjoys “pushing herself out of her comfort zone” and is excited to run the marathon.

β€œI’m okay with trying and not succeeding. I’ll just try again. Plus, I’m lucky that my body in its current state allows me to do that. So BECAUSE I CAN, I WILL,” she added.

Carrie finished, “Set yourself a challenge, even if it’s to learn to run a 5k, it will give you something to work towards.”

It comes after Carrie revealed how she always maintains her slim and very fit physique.

The Hit FM drive-time star shared a video and a photo gallery in her stories last month with her training routine: running and swimming.

Carrie boasted that she recently managed to complete a 50-minute run.

Carrie shared a playful selfie showing her lying on her back in the grass and sticking her tongue out after completing a tough workout.

The mother of two explained that she used Jorja Smith’s hit Little Things as practice music.

β€œThis song got me going for 50 straight minutes,” Carrie said in the caption.

She added, β€œThe longest [run] I’ve done it in a long, long time…new year, same slow runner.’

Carrie added a second photo to the story and then gave some fitness advice.

β€œHonestly, start it [a] 5 mins [run]then 10, then 15…I could never run, don’t worry about how slow you are,” she shared.
