Hunter Biden used $142,000 transferred from a Kazakh oligarch to his shell company to buy a Porsche after dinner with his father Joe, new bank records show.
Details of some of the $20 million in payments made to the Biden family and their partners in Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan during Joe’s time as vice president have been released by Republicans on the House Oversight Committee.
They suggest that Hunter and his business partner Archer used a shell company to “hide” millions in payments from foreign companies and oligarchs.
The bank records show ties between Russian billionaire Yelena Baturina and the Biden family and how Hunter and Archer paid $1 million annually to sit on Burisma’s board of directors.
The records show that in February 2014, Baturina transferred $3.5 million to Rosemont Seneca Thornton, a shell company owned by Hunter and Archer.
Three-quarters of a million dollars was then transferred directly to Archer, and the rest was used to fund a new company, Rosemont Seneca Bohai.
The bank records show a transfer of $3.5 million on February 14, 2014 and a transfer of $2.7 million to Rosemont Seneca Bohai on March 11, 2014.

The commission says in their damning revelation that Archer and Hunter used the company to collect other foreign payments.
The new evidence comes after Archer’s claims that Hunter made large amounts of money from foreign deals and how his father Joe was present during meetings or calls with foreign employees.

The commission alleges that Hunter Biden then transferred the money to another Rosemont Seneca Bohai account that he and Archer had access to.
Then-Vice President Biden attended a spring 2014 dinner with Baturina, Hunter, Archer, and others at Cafe Milano in Washington, DC.
When Biden endorsed a slew of Russian oligarchs following the country’s invasion of Ukraine, he left Baturina off the list.
Another receipt shows how a Kazakhstani oil oligarch Kenes Rakishev used his Singaporean company – Novatus Holdings – to wire Rosemont Seneca Bohai $142,300 – the exact price of Hunter’s sports car he bought the next day.
According to Archer, Hunter first bought an electric car from Fisker, but then switched to the Porsche.
In 2018, Hunter took photos of himself driving a Porsche at 170 mph in Las Vegas and smoking crack behind the wheel in a residential neighborhood.
During his testimony before the commission, Archer said he did not know the purpose of the wire. But according to email correspondence, Rakishev had wanted Secretary of State John Kerry to visit Kazakhstan.
Rakishev was also present at the dinner with then-Vice President Biden at Cafe Milano in 2014, as was the now-convicted former Prime Minister of Kazakhstan and close friend of Rakishev – Karim Massimov.
The committee also released receipts showing that Archer and Biden each received $1 million for their roles on Burisma’s board — or $83,333 per month.

The new evidence also supports Archer’s revelations that Hunter brought in large amounts of money from overseas deals, and how his father Joe was present during meetings or calls with foreign employees.
For 2014 and 2015, Hunter Biden and Devon Archer received approximately $3.32 million, the receipts show.
Republicans say Americans “deserve answers” and “financial transparency” from the Biden family.
The report also shows how the Biden White House has changed its narrative about Joe’s involvement in Hunter’s deals.
Initially, aides said the president had “no knowledge” of his son’s overseas deals, but they recently edited the story to say that Joe “never did business” with his son.
