The singers – Jessica, 43, and Ashlee, 39 – were joined by dad Joe Simpson and their husbands Eric Johnson and Evan Ross as they dined at Morton’s Steakhouse.
For the outing, Jessica wore a black outfit topped with a brown and black animal print jacket.
She added height to her frame with a pair of chunky, black platform boots.
Ashlee stepped out in black high-waisted pants, a black turtleneck and a tan and black plaid jacket.

The executive producer, who split from Jessica and Ashlee’s mother Tina a decade ago, parted his short, silver hair to the side.
Jessica, who was previously married to Nick Lachey, wore her bright blonde locks parted in the middle.
She added a pop of color to her look with a bold red lipstick.

While appearing on the Broad Ideas podcast with Rachel Bilson and Olivia Allen last month, Ashlee opened up about her relationship with her sister.
She explained that she and the irresistible hitmaker are close but have had disagreements in the past.
“Sometimes there were moments, maybe it was on tour, I was like, ‘Hey, look at me here,’ but our relationship as a whole has always been very close,” she told listeners.
“We share friends,” she said, adding that her friends were also “best friends” with her older sibling.
Ashlee added that she “grew up dancing” as a child.
She explained that she often did things to “embarrass and annoy” her older sibling when they were younger, but that she was rooted in who she was as an individual.
“I felt like my own person,” she said, noting that she never had a “need to be like” her sister, who signed with Columbia Records in 1997 at the age of 17.

She is now married to Ross, 35, and they share two children: Jagger, eight, and Ziggy, three.
Jessica was married to 98 Degrees singer Lachey from 2002 to 2006 and married former NFL player Johnson, 44, in 2014.
They share three children: Maxwell, 11, Ace, 10, and Birdie, four.
