She has never been afraid to play with her looks.

And Jessica Rowe revealed her new vibrant blue hair when she stepped out in Sydney on Friday.

The former Studio 10 host, 52, showed off her pixie-chic cut and new color as she enjoyed lunch with friends in Double Bay.

The TV presenter kept warm for the outing in a long white printed dress, beige scarf and a long brown coat.

Jessica completed her look with a pair of comfy blue boots and held a large brown handbag.

She was all smiles as she left the establishment after a nice lunch with two friends.

The sighting comes after Jessica recently hit back at body-shamers who called her “bony and stringy.”

The former Studio 10 host recently enjoyed a sun-soaked day at the beach with her family, where she was photographed by paparazzi showing off a $299 bikini.

Despite looking gorgeous in the flattering dress, the TV presenter faced a barrage of vile hate comments about her body that she addressed on her podcast.

Speaking on the Jess Rowe Big Talk Show last month, she shared the cruel words of “hurting her feelings” — and they weren’t for the faint hearted.

Why do old women cut their hair short? It is unattractive and very manly looking,” one wrote.

“She looks like an 80-year-old dude,” commented another.

One added: “I think when you get to that age it’s best not to show your body in public.”

Another commented, “She has no sex appeal,” and, “Way too skinny!”

After the comments were read in a voiceover, Jess said she didn’t know whether to “laugh or cry” because she was so shocked at how “horrible” and “cruel” people can be.

“I don’t understand what goes on in people who think it’s okay to do it. I’m an adult, but it hurts, and it’s not okay to make unsolicited comments about someone’s body,” she said.

She went on to say that while she was “comfortable in my own skin” and loves who she is as a person, she was still “hurt” by nasty comments just like everyone else.
