The 53-year-old singer and 50-year-old actor locked lips for the shutterbugs as they hit the red carpet at the event, held at Ovation Hollywood.
The Mother star wowed in a busty two-tone zip dress that she unzipped halfway, revealing her ample cleavage.
The Oscar winner matched his wife in a classic black suit and sported his signature scruffy beard.
Affleck reprises his role as Batman in the new film, which also stars controversial star Ezra Miller, who wrestles with a slew of legal issues.

She added a touch of bling to the look with dangling earrings and some rings.
As for glamour, she opted for a bronze glow with a hint of peach blush on the apples of her cheeks.
The pair seemed to be having a blast on the red carpet as they continued to show each other affection all night long.
The couple — who met on the set of the 2003 rom-com Gigli — married in a Las Vegas wedding chapel last year before holding a lavish ceremony at Ben’s Georgia estate in August.
Jennifer and Ben – dubbed ‘Bennifer’ by the press – originally got engaged in 2003, but their relationship ended in January 2004, before rekindling their romance in 2021 after 17 years apart.
Ezra Miller, 30 – who uses the pronouns – also attended the event, marking their first public appearance after making headlines for run-ins with the law.
Miller donned a white suit jacket with black detailing on the chest and torso.

Miller, who is nonbinary and uses she/they pronouns, wore a white suit jacket with black detailing on the chest and torso.
Last year, Miller was arrested multiple times for assault and burglary; facing charges of child care; and reportedly provided housing for a mother and three young children on an unlicensed cannabis farm in Vermont, despite opposition from their father.
They issued a statement in August 2022 apologizing for their behavior while revealing they were seeking treatment for “complex mental health issues.”
Their representatives told Variety in a statement: “Having recently gone through a time of intense crisis, I now understand that I suffer from complex mental health issues and have begun ongoing treatment.”
The statement continued: “I want to apologize to everyone for having made me alarmed and angry by my past behavior. I am determined to do the necessary work to return to a healthy, safe and productive phase in my life.”
The future of The Flash franchise was uncertain after they were arrested for a third time in August – which followed earlier arrests in April in Hawaii.
However, Miller will return for The Flash as entertainment conglomerate Warner Bros. plans to make a sequel, Andy Muschietti said last month.
Warner Bros.” highly anticipated movie is a loose adaptation of the iconic 2011 Flashpoint comic series.
The story finds Ezra Miller’s Barry Allen essentially using his Speed Force powers to actually go back in time and prevent his mother’s (Maribel Verdu) death, for which his father (Ron Livingston) mistakenly has been convicted.
In doing so, he eventually throws his universe into chaos and introduces the concept of the “multi-verse,” which explains how Michael Keaton is the Batman of a universe, while Ben Affleck is still the Batman in Barry’s original universe.
The Flash is in cinemas from June 16.
