Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck DROP OUT of escrow on stunning $64M Pacific Palisades love nest

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck continue their house hunt after going into escrow earlier this month and abandoning a stunning $64 million mansion in Pacific Palisades.

Lopez, 53, and Affleck, 50, called off another real estate deal according to a report Monday from TMZ marking the third home they have forfeited the escrow on in the last year.

The publication reports that it is unclear why they decided to drop out, as they seemed determined in early March.

Earlier this month, it was reported that the newlyweds were holding escrow on the home after they recently backed out of buying a property in the same community.

The house was almost double the cost of the first property they planned to buy, but it has more amenities, including eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.

The home sits on 1.13 acres and includes a gym, professional media room, game room, elevator, and huge backyard with a pool and fire pit.

In February, ‘Jenny from the Block’ listed her Bel Air estate of nearly a decade for $42 million after buying the nine-bedroom home for $28 million in 2015.

The house is located in the exclusive Pacific Palisades region, just north of Santa Monica and downtown Los Angeles.

Lopez and Affleck were first seen visiting the property in February and tipsters said TMZ they made frequent visits to the house.

Equipped with eight bedrooms and nearly a dozen bathrooms, the home would be perfect for accommodating your blended family.

Among Lopez’s children with singer Marc Anthony -Emmy and Max- and Affleck’s children with Jennifer Garner – Serafina, Violet and Samuel – the couple has five boys.

Each child would have more than enough room to stretch out in the potential new home and invite lots of friends over to enjoy the amenities it offers.

Equipped with a movie theater, a pool, multiple recreation and gathering spots, and a huge kitchen, there’s no doubt the family could have easily entertained there.
