Jennifer Lawrence beams with joy as she and husband Cooke Maroney take son Cy, one, for a walk around NYC

Jennifer Lawrence was spotted this week taking her one-year-old son Cy for a walk around Manhattan.

The couple was joined by Jennifer’s husband Cooke Maroney, a dashing art gallery owner whom she married in 2019 at Belcourt Castle in Newport, Rhode Island.

While the exact birth date of their baby has not been made public, it was widely reported that he was born in February 2022.

On her last family outing, Jennifer looked casual in a sleek black tank top that she elegantly contrasted with baggy olive green pants.

Blocking the rays in black sunglasses and a matching baseball cap, she sported her signature caramel blonde locks in pigtails.

Cy held his father’s hand as he ran down the sidewalk, but Jennifer kept a stroller ready in case her son got tired.

The couple named their baby after Cy Twombly, a 20th century American artist whose work influenced names like Jean-Michel Basquiat and Julian Schnabel.

She spoke touchingly about motherhood in one Fashion interview last year, in which she reflected on how her outlook had changed since Cy was born.

“The morning after I gave birth, I felt like my whole life had started all over again. Like, now is the first day of my life,” she gushed.

‘I just stared. I was just so in love. I also fell in love with all the babies everywhere. Newborns are so wonderful.”

Jennifer added, “It’s these pink, puffy, fragile little survivors. Now I love all babies. Now I hear a baby crying in a restaurant and I’m like, Awwww, edelssss.’

The Don’t Look Up actress reflected, “My heart has stretched to a capacity unknown to me. I involve my husband in that. And then they’re both just out there – walking around, crossing streets.’

Jennifer was amazed that one day her baby will ride. He becomes a stupid teenager and gets behind the wheel of a car.’

Professionally, she’s gearing up for the release of her raw new comedy No Hard Feelings, in which she plays a penniless woman who tries to seduce a 19-year-old boy for a fee.

Jennifer’s character Maddie is in such a dire financial situation that she is about to lose her late mother’s house.

She puts herself at the mercy of a pair of wealthy New Age “helicopter parents” played by Broadway stars Laura Benanti and Matthew Broderick.

Percy (Andrew Feldman), their nerdy teenage son, is about to go to college and has been coddled all his life, never breaking the rules.

The couple offer Maddie a car in exchange for a heavyweight favor – she must seduce Percy before he leaves for Princeton.

No Hard Feelings then embarks on her increasingly desperate attempts to get Percy into bed, including an all-night skinny dipping excursion, taking him out to drink underage, and even playfully attempting to kidnap him.

Helmed by Good Boys director Gene Stupnitsky, No Hard Feelings is slated for an early summer release on June 23.
