The 51-year-old star – who recently shared what she misses about life before fame – bared her toned legs in black shorts.
The mother of three – who shares Violet, 17; Serafina, 15; and Samuel, 11, with ex-husband Ben Affleck — added a white tank top.
Under the slim-fitting shirt, she teased a glimpse of a magenta sports bra.

For her jog through Santa Monica, the silver-screen siren used one white earplug, leaving one ear free to stay aware of her surroundings.
The fitness enthusiast tied a lightweight black jacket around her hips and wore a black watch.
The hassle-free workout look was rounded off with a pair of stark white sneakers.
And as she increased her heart rate, she rocked a bare face beneath her stylish sunglasses.
The movie star sometimes shares her different workout routines with her 14.3 million followers.
Her activities include swimming, boxing, and high-intensity interval training.

When host Drew Garner asked what she does for herself in the morning, she replied, “Okay.” Well, what I do in the morning is exercise.’
“You have to do hard cardio,” the actress insisted. “We need it in our bodies, but we need it in our brains. Your brain needs it!’
Jennifer tried to motivate the 50 First Dates star as she explained, “You find something that really makes you happy while you’re doing it, otherwise it won’t work.”
Earlier this month, the entrepreneur was enjoying a Taylor Swift concert when she stopped by one of her Eras Tour shows.
She later shared outtakes from the performance on Instagram and wrote a rave review for the pop star.
“Gracie Abrams and Taylor Swift: A match made in heaven,” she began the enthusiastic caption.
