Jennifer Aniston ditched her early morning cardio session – and she wishes she’d done it sooner.
The 54-year-old actress is now doing low-resistance training to maintain her age-defying physique and ‘future-proof’ her body.
She was recently announced in June as the face of Pvovle, a workout app and studio, which focuses on low-impact workouts.
Aniston started using Pvovle in 2021, which uses an inflatable P.ball, the P.band resistance band, hand weights and gliders during workouts.

After loving the program, she contacted the company for some personal training sessions, with Pvovle’s training director Dani Coleman admitting she was ‘extraordinary’.
“She just realized that you don’t have to break your body, which is something a lot of us were raised to train,” Coleman said. Business insider.
“As a former dancer, I always thought I should have pain when I moved, and yes, that’s not true.”
Coleman has been training the Friends star for a year and a half now, with the fit actress training two to three times a week in hour-long sessions.
The personal trainer described Aniston as “friendly and hardworking” during her sessions.
“It’s not just about going through the motions to train, it’s really understanding and diving deep into her body and our method,” said Coleman.
She added that it was important to remember that a workout didn’t have to be painful.
“When we think about archaic ideas about sports, we think, ‘No pain, no gain,’” Coleman said.
“We really want to challenge that conversation and say, ‘Hey, you can feel good during your workouts and get the results you want.'”
“So it’s really about sustainability and longevity,” the fitness trainer added.

Coleman has been training the Friends star for a year and a half now, with the fit actress training two to three times a week in hour-long sessions.

Aniston has opened up about her love for Pvolve in the past, saying she “instantly fell in love” with the workout.
The Hollywood it-girl started working with the program after hurting her back two years ago.
“With this program you can start gently,” the star explained. ‘You can repair your body.’
In another interview with People Earlier this year, Aniston noted, “I like finding something that really works and then sharing it with my friends.
“If I had known twenty years ago when I was breaking my body, we would have saved so much pain.”
