Jennifer Aniston says she plans to take rest of June and July off work: ‘I’m going to travel’

Jennifer Aniston revealed she plans to take the last two weeks of June and all of July off work to travel.

‘In our industry you have to claim or divide your free time, because something always comes to the surface. So I think I’m going to take June and July off after next week,” she told People magazine.

“I’ve never done that, but I really think I’m going to. I’m going to travel because I haven’t since the pandemic,” Jennifer added.

“I have become very isolated. But it’s time to get over that, it’s very easy to fall into agoraphobia after this pandemic. And I refuse to let that happen.’

Jennifer, 54, also teased the magazine’s upcoming season of The Morning Show, adding that “it’s a good, juicy one.”

“Everyone gets into trouble. Everyone has a secret. And everyone just walks down the line. It’s much more sensual this year,” she said.

The Morning Show season three will premiere in Fall 2023.

Jennifer plays the character Alexandra “Alex” Levy, the co-host of The Morning Show, alongside Reese Witherspoon, who plays Bradly Jackson, her co-host.

Jennifer recently spoke about her fitness routine and her involvement with Pvolve, who she worked with.

Pvolve is an exercise program that combines resistance-based equipment with movement to sculpt and tone the body.

Jennifer said she’s just focusing on simplicity right now: “It’s just calories in, calories out, nutrition, what are you feeding your body?” Don’t eat junk.’

“You have to get the right amount of sleep. You have to drink tons and tons and tons of water. You also have to allow yourself the 20 percent fun and gluttony and have fun and enjoy yourself,” she told the outlet.

Adding: “For me, I couldn’t do that sacredly, never derail or deviate from the plan of perfect wellness because I like to enjoy myself.”

Jennifer’s collaboration with Pvolve was announced earlier this week.

In the press release, the fitness company revealed that she started training with them in 2021 after recovering from a back injury.

She ordered the equipment and began streaming workouts at home and “fell in love with the program,” she said via the press release.
