Jenna Bush Hager derails Today show after making ‘crazy’ confession that leaves Hoda Kotb in hysterics

Jenna Bush Hager inadvertently disrupted Friday’s episode of Today with Hoda & Jenna after making a “crazy” confession about her Tupperware habits, sending co-host Hoda Kotb into hysterics.

The 42-year-old presenter ended the show when she revealed that she usually returns her used food containers to her delivery drivers when they come to drop off a new takeaway order.

The 60-year-old Hoda could not believe this unusual confession and she repeatedly slammed her hand on the table as she tried to understand what had happened.

Jenna dropped the bombshell and said, “This is another problem for Tupperware. I’m sorry, but it’s true.

‘If you order Chinese food once a week, like we sometimes do, you get that [plastic containers]. I try to recycle them or give them back the next time they come by.’

The presenter stopped the show when she revealed her ‘crazy’ Tupperware confession

Stunned by Jenna’s confession, Hoda, mother of two, responded, “Wait, wait, wait. Pause.

‘You don’t return the container of Chinese food because the delivery guy looks at you like you’re crazy.’

But Jenna stood by her confession and encouraged Hoda to “give it a try.”

At that point, Hoda and the show’s crew burst out laughing.

“You don’t!” she continued to giggle, before covering her mouth and face with her hand to hide her amusement.

“I think you can go in there after you buy it,” Jenna continued, to which Hoda gestured that she was digging a hole.

Jenna’s confession comes just one day after Tupperware, the iconic American brand known worldwide for its plastic food containers, officially filed for bankruptcy protection in Delaware.

The 78-year-old company has struggled for years to rebuild its fortunes despite debts of more than $700 million.

Tupperware officially filed for bankruptcy protection in Delaware this week

Sales have been declining in recent years as the company struggled to offer more products in physical stores and on online sales platforms.

The company said in its bankruptcy filing that direct sales, which account for the vast majority of its revenue, are declining more than 25 years after the first Tupperware parties, and that has hit the legendary company hard.

“Virtually everyone knows what Tupperware is today, but fewer and fewer know where to find it,” Brian Fox, Tupperware’s chief restructuring officer, wrote in a court filing in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

This isn’t the first time Today with Hoda & Jenna has gone off the rails with the hosts bursting out laughing.

In July, the couple had a falling out after Hoda had a wardrobe malfunction with her bra straps.

Hoda previously brought the show to a hilarious halt in July when she suffered a wardrobe malfunction

About five minutes into the show, she was seen fiddling with the straps of her stylish garment, admitting, “My bra doesn’t work! The outfit doesn’t work, okay? The bra’s too big, the straps are too small, it doesn’t work! I can’t do anything!”

The two women began giggling when Jenna’s stomach made a “weird noise” moments earlier, prompting her to ask, “But why did my stomach make your dress fall down?” Hoda admitted that a crew member had told her to “fix it.”

“You know when you know you’re wearing a dress that you really shouldn’t be wearing? Because it’s not right, but you know what, I just decided I’m going to do it,” she continued.

Have you ever been to a party and thought, “It’s fine,” and then you find yourself pulling, pushing, and shoving the whole time… That’s not okay!

‘Anyway, I feel like I’m falling apart!’
