Janelle Monae rocked a rather leggy look while speaking at the POSSIBLE marketing convention in Miami.

The 38-year-old singer was one of the special guest speakers at the convention, held at Fontainebleau Miami Beach.

The outing comes shortly after the singer and actress was spotted in a fashionable red suit at the Fashion Trust Awards in Beverly Hills.

POSSIBLE is described as “a tentpole event that brings together the most influential marketing and business leaders, as well as visionaries from technology, digital, media, entertainment and culture.”

Other featured speakers at this year’s convention include Winston Duke (Black Panther), Pitbull, Ashanti and Kit Hoover.

Monae stepped out in a slightly unbuttoned white blouse, tucked into a tiny black leather mini skirt where her legs were clearly visible.

She also wore a black fedora with a black suit jacket that fell almost exactly the length of her skirt.

For the outing, she wore a white pocket square, a corsage with red roses and a pair of beautiful diamond earrings.

The singer and actress completed her look with white socks and black Chanel loafers for the outing.

Monae took the stage with TIME Chief Executive Officer Jessica Sibley on Wednesday for her panel presentation.

Monae was announced as a special guest speaker in late March, adding, “Janelle will share her unique perspective on the entertainment world and how she transcends her personal brand.

“She will discuss the power of diversity in driving storytelling and promoting inclusivity, and her vision for the future of entertainment and media,” the announcement said.

“Janelle Monáe’s glowing resume and unparalleled experience at the intersection of culture, media and storytelling is the perfect addition to POSSIBLE’s programming,” said Christian Muche, CEO and co-founder of Beyond Ordinary Events & POSSIBLE.
