An X-rated rant from Jamie Vardy was picked up by microphones at Leicester’s title-winning parade.

There were jubilant scenes as the Leicester team celebrated winning the Championship title with a bus parade through the city.

The Foxes secured promotion on April 26 after Leeds were defeated by QPR. Three days later, Vardy was among the goalscorers as Leicester won 3–0 against Preston to secure the title.

Leicester’s final game of the campaign ended in defeat as they were beaten 2–0 at home to Blackburn.

However, Leicester’s players were still in high spirits ahead of Sunday’s parade.

Leicester streamed the parade on the club’s official YouTube channel.

As is often the case, Vardy was at the center of proceedings, with the former England striker turning to a member of the club’s media team and saying: ‘Put your bloody phone down, you stupid bastard. ‘

The presenter seemed a bit surprised by the situation and then put his phone away.
