‘I really love boxing, this is what they put me on Earth for’: Jake Paul tells Piers Morgan he would fight ‘no matter the money’ ahead of Saudi Arabia’s showdown with Tommy Fury…as confirmed Christian Ronaldo Will Attend Sunday Night

Jake Paul has denied that money is the driving force behind his transition to boxing as he prepares for this weekend’s decisive clash with Tommy Fury in Saudi Arabia.

The bitter rivals are finally set to go head-to-head in Diriyah on Sunday, with the catwalks kicking off around 9:30 p.m.

The pair squared off in a fiery pre-fight press conference on Thursday, where Mike Tyson, Derek Chisora and Tyson Fury were even in attendance.

Paul originally became a globally known personality after making a name for himself producing YouTube and social media videos.

He was also involved in acting and music before turning to boxing and… talking to Piers Morgan uncensored on TalkTV – revealed that he could not put a figure to what he has earned during his life.

Jake Paul told Piers Morgan that he had lost count of how much money he had made in his career.

Paul will face bitter rival Tommy Fury in a crucial clash in Saudi Arabia on Sunday night.

Appearing after Thursday’s news conference, the 26-year-old was asked how much money he had made.

The American laughed, then replied: ‘Very, very much. I don’t know.

“It gets to a point where you earn so much that you don’t count it anymore, so I really don’t know.”

Paul went on to describe how he appreciated the large sums of money he’s made from all of his ventures, including boxing, but fights like Fury were more about the passion he has for the sport.

He added: “For me, money is great, but I really love boxing and this is what they put me on earth to do.”

‘They didn’t pay me like now when I started. I would be doing this regardless of the money.’

Morgan then revealed how Cristiano Ronaldo had informed him that the former Manchester United star would be attending the showdown in Saudi Arabia and that he “thinks it’s going to be a good fight.”

Paul insisted that he didn’t care much about money, but that he fought because of his love of the sport.

Morgan also revealed that Cristiano Ronaldo, who is with Al-Nassr in Saudi Arabia, will be in the fight.

The presenter also questioned Paul on his claim to be in the dark about his finances, saying: ‘I find it hard to believe. You strike me as someone who knows exactly how much money he makes.

He replied: ‘I promise you, Piers Morgan, I have no idea. I make money in lump sums, residuals, investments, equity, exit companies, so net worth is always going up and down, moving with the markets and stuff.

‘I mean it when I say that you stop paying attention at some point.’
