Jackie O Henderson has revealed what exactly made her cry in a Sydney cafe after she was pictured in tears on Thursday.
The 49-year-old radio host, accompanied by a female friend at an outdoor table, collapsed as she appeared to pour her heart out over a cup of coffee.
Her co-host Kyle Sandilands quizzed her on Friday about the photos from their KIIS FM radio show, and Jackie explained that she had discussed “something emotional.”
‘What the hell is going on there? Are you okay? You have your tissues in your hand,” Kyle asked.
‘Oh my God. Don’t you hate that? I had no idea I was being photographed. I didn’t cry that much. It got a little, a little teary, and I dabbed a tear,” Jackie O explained.

“It doesn’t look good, but I was just having coffee with my girlfriend and something happened and it was a little emotional, and I had a little bit of my eyesight.”
In the photos, Jackie looked visibly distressed and was seen dabbing her eyes with a napkin before looking down as she spoke to her worried-looking friend.
After a while, the mother of one regained her composure and ended the call.
Despite the emotional outburst, Jackie managed to avoid ruining her makeup, which included eyeshadow, mascara, bronzer and a peach blush.
Jackie explained that she was “having coffee with her friend and something came up and it was a little emotional and I had a little eye roll.”
It comes after Jackie was forced to confront a report that she had ‘stole’ Ada Nicodemou’s job after her own mother asked her about the rumours.
She recently admitted on The Kyle and Jackie O Show that her mother Julie sent her an article from New Idea claiming that Jackie had taken Ada’s job at Stranded on Romantic Islands and asked her if it was true.
“I’m completely oblivious to that story,” Jackie claimed, adding, “I’m actually not even sure they got that story right, to be honest.”

Jackie admitted that Ada had presented the show, for which Jackie will provide the voiceover, at Seven Upfronts last year.
“And because she hosted that, I mean she’s a Seven personality, they assumed that she would then host that show or narrate that show,” Jackie said, insisting that wasn’t the case.
“I don’t think they’ve got the story quite right,” the radio star insisted, while co-host Kyle Sandilands agreed, adding that Ada was “never in the running for [the job]’.
