The restraining order has not yet been issued and will be taken to court later this month.

Ella admits she was ‘so angry’ with her father when she found out Bianca was in his apartment when she arrived that she started throwing food on his bed, on the floor and on him before trying to flee the apartment — which, she says, is when the actress “slammed a door on her head,” leaving her with “a little bump” and a “bruise on her arm.”

She added images of the bruises as additional evidence.

However, in her restraining order against Ioan – who is currently embroiled in a nasty custody battle with Alice, 54, over their two children – Ella adds more detail, claiming she had a “panic attack” before arriving at the property.
