The prosecutor hired by his alleged prosecutor lover Fani Willis to go after Donald Trump had two meetings with the Biden White House during his investigation, according to court documents reviewed by DailyMail.com.

The meetings and phone calls, which preceded Willis’ indictment against Trump, call into question the White House’s repeated denials that it had any coordination with the Fulton district attorney’s prosecution.

The Fulton County, Georgia district attorney has hired Atlanta attorney Nathan Wade as a “special anti-corruption prosecutor” to investigate Trump’s alleged election interference.

In a stunning lawsuit on Monday, Michael Roman, one of the former president’s co-defendants in the “fake election scheme,” claims Willis had a personal relationship with private attorney Wade, who was paid $654,000 as a special prosecutor assisting her office . extensive investigation into Trump’s election efforts.

His legal papers also claim that Willis had an “ongoing, personal relationship” with Wade – citing “sources close to both the special counsel and the district attorney” but providing no documentary evidence.

Roman claims that the pair dated before Willis hired Wade, and that they traveled together to Napa Valley, Florida, and even on a Caribbean cruise.

The allegation about the bomb relationship caused a storm of news on Monday. But Wade’s White House meetings, as detailed in the 127-page document filed by Roman, have so far been overlooked in the media.

The documents showing White House involvement were first brought to attention by Marco Polo, a right-wing non-profit organization, on social media site X (formerly Twitter).

Wade was billed a total of $4,000 for his two days of meetings and calls at the White House, the invoices show.

It was part of nearly $654,000 in work that Wade did on Willis’ investigation of Trump and his staffers since January 2022, the documents allege.

White House spokeswoman Karine Jean-Pierre did not immediately respond to DailyMail.com’s request for comment about the alleged 2022 meetings with Georgia’s special counsel.

Roman is accused of participating in the “fake voter” scheme and is one of 18 people charged along with Trump in the George case.

A spokesperson for Willis told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution that the district attorney’s office would respond to his legal claims “through appropriate court filings.”

The House Judiciary Committee opened an investigation into the Fulton County district attorney in August, examining whether she improperly used federal funds for her state-level prosecution or coordinated with Biden’s Justice Department.

Willis has previously denied that he cooperated with special counsel Jack Smith’s office or that its investigation was politically motivated.

The filing refers to a sealed divorce petition for the married special prosecutor, but then proceeds to file the claim based on other information.

It states that “information obtained outside the court records indicates that the District Attorney and the Special Prosecutor have personally traveled together to places such as Napa Valley, Florida and the Caribbean and that the Special Prosecutor has purchased tickets for both of them to meet with both the Norwegian and Royal Carbibean cruise lines.

“Traveling together to places like Washington, DC or New York City may make sense for work purposes in light of other pending lawsuits, but what work purpose can be served solely by traveling to these traditional vacation destinations?”

DailyMail.com has contacted Willis and Wade’s office for comment.

A spokesperson for Willis told the newspaper Atlanta Journal-Constitution that the district attorney’s office would respond “through appropriate court filings.”

“The prosecutor has chosen to name her romantic partner, who has been a married man at all times relevant to this prosecution,” the filing said.

It says the prosecutor and Wade “have been seen together privately in and around the Atlanta area” and that “it is suspected that they may have been living together in some capacity.”

It further states that there is “no evidence” that Willis was “authorized” by the county to use money to detain Wade for the case.
