Inside Damien Hardwick’s love nest with his glamorous girlfriend Alexandra Crow: Richmond Tigers star reveals his newly renovated Melbourne home after stunned the footy world by stepping down as coach

Damien Hardwick is preparing to move into his newly renovated home in Melbourne after finishing his successful tenure as coach of the Richmond Tigers footy club.

The 50-year-old sports star and his girlfriend Alexandra Crow began the $2.3 million renovation of the property in 2021.

The home features four bedrooms and two bathrooms with spacious open plan living and dining areas.

The two separate houses are split into a house on the ground floor and a house on the first floor.

The pair have repainted and paved the Victorian terrace porch with a modern black and white palette.

The property is enriched with an updated kitchen with high-end gas appliances, original fireplaces, central bathrooms, wood floors and beautiful high ceilings.

Damien Hardwick’s relationship with Alexandra Crow came after he divorced his wife Danielle in 2020.

The Tigers coach and his ex-wife share three children together.

Crow was previously in a relationship with Carlton Football Club director Daniel Giese, with whom she owned a $1.2 million home in Ascot Vale.

Meanwhile, Hardwick signed off as Tigers coach on Tuesday and said it was time to tie the knot to give the club every chance to set itself up for a bright future.

Flanked by club officials, he swallowed back tears and thanked all players, fans and stakeholders at the club.

He reserved a special mention for his family, including ex-wife Danielle – and his new love, Alexandra Crow, with the latter in the front row at the announcement.

“Daniel and the kids, I’m eternally grateful for what you’ve given me, the support you’ve given me,” he said.

“And Alex, thank you for the new journey, and of course your support has been phenomenal over the past few months.”
