I’m a Celebrity: Shocking unaired scene that prompted Kerri-Anne’s exit

Ian ‘Dicko’ Dickson has revealed that there was a particularly brutal moment on I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! that never made it to the air.

The former Australian Idol judge, 60, who was evicted from the jungle on Wednesday revealed on The Kyle and Jackie O Show the next morning there was more to Domenica Calarco and Kerri-Anne Kennerley’s fiery argument than showed on TV.

TV legend Kerri-Anne, 69, sensationally quit the Channel 10 show two weeks ago after MAFS star Domenica labeled her ‘the most egocentric b***h I’ve ever met’. She only lasted four days in the South African jungle.

But Dicko has now confirmed that Dom Kerri-Anne mentioned something much worse – but the producers were forced to cut it out.

“It got a little more heated after that,” Dicko said of the brawl, prompting radio host Jackie “O” Henderson to ask why it didn’t air.

“Well, maybe because it was the C-bomb,” Dicko replied, before clarifying that it was Dom calling Kerri-Anne a “c**t.”

“All I can say is it was one of the most remarkable things I’ve ever seen,” he added.

Dicko said Kerri-Anne took it on the chin and was “all class,” despite feeling “a little upset” at being called such an offensive slur.

“You know, Dominica was wrong. She really shouldn’t have blown forward like that,’ he continued.

“But she’s a feisty Westie. And she went from zero to gremlin in five seconds.”

The drama unfolded during the first week, when Kerri-Anne and Domenica joined Dicko and KIIS FM host Woody Whitelaw in an eating challenge.

In the challenge, they had to eat several animal testicles to win dinner for the rest of the group.

The team was offered 13 stars if they all ate the testicles of a kudu, a type of large antelope.

But Kerri-Anne was having none of it, even after the celebs told her it “tastes just like meatballs” and “wasn’t that bad.”

Dom turned red after taking a bite and Kerri-Anne refused, accusing the former Studio 10 panelist of having no respect for anyone but herself.

“Miss big contract lady, “Can’t tell me what to do.” I don’t want you [make-up]”I don’t want your Revlon 1989 lipstick, doll,” she ranted.

“It’s not fair — it’s not fair to anyone who actually tries. Why are you here, brother? Legit, actually, why are you here?!’

When she returned to camp, Kerri-Anne said Dom’s verbal “abuse” had been “overwhelming.”

“To be called the most self-centered bitch she’s ever met. And again and again the “contract queen”. i would be ready [the challenge] when she was done. It would never happen,’ she said with tears in her eyes.

Kerri-Anne, angry at having to do three tests in a row, then told her campmates that she was leaving.

“I made a choice, it was a hard choice because I would like to stay, but it’s never going to work. I thought it was very unfair. I have three tests in a row,’ she said.

“So not against my better judgement, because it is my better judgment that I go.”

Kerri-Anne then uttered the famous words, “So, I’m a celebrity… get me out of here!”
