I spend up to £300 a month on hair and beauty… I don’t care what critics say I know look pretty

An influencer who spends £300 a month on hair and beauty says she doesn’t care what critics say because she knows she is ‘so beautiful’.

For Anna Grace Scott, 23, pampering isn’t just a luxury; it’s a necessity worth investing in, even if it means spending up to £900 every three months on ‘adjustments’.

The content creator, who hails from Surrey, has made her self-care routine a top priority.

Anna Grace doesn’t just enjoy the occasional spa day; she plans her life around an ‘extreme’ maintenance routine, shelling out £300 every month on facials, blow-drying and nail treatments.

She justified her precious routine, saying it’s worth it to “feel loved.”

She said: ‘I like to spend my money on crazy things: skin, wellness and beauty. I love having this time to myself. I plan my life around my pampering evenings. This makes me feel loved.’

Anna Grace turned to beauty and skin care after she wanted to put more effort into herself but wanted to avoid exercise because she hated the gym.

She said: ‘I hate going to the gym – it’s not for me. When I started skin care, I was a novice.”

However, Anna Grace monitors her health by having annual checkups with her doctor and gynecologist, and every six months she goes on a two-week detox, during which she eats clean and does not heat her hair.

She even undergoes a £70 colon cleanse every year, which involves flushing large amounts of water through the colon, with the model insisting she feels ‘light as a feather’ afterwards.

After Anna Grace had her first liquid rhinoplasty at the age of 18 because she felt insecure about her nose, she has since incorporated non-surgical procedures into her maintenance routine, spending £300 a year on her chin and nose.

She said: ‘It made me feel a lot better. It balanced my face. I was so happy when I could finally go. I don’t recommend it to everyone. But if you want to change something, you have to do it. You are the most important person in your life.’

Now Anna Grace spends a whopping £900 every three months on ‘tweakments’ and her hair – including a £170 seasonal trim and £190 dye.

She added: “I could spend it on drugs, but I spend it on my hair. I know it’s a lot of maintenance. If your version of a pampering night is a bath with a £5 Lush bath bomb, then go for it. Or if it’s a £100 facial, do it. I don’t think vanity and self-love are related.’

She said: ‘I think it’s important that you start showing yourself some self-love and self-esteem. I wake up and tell myself it’s enough. I have 20 minutes to myself, without sound. I say ‘I’m so beautiful’ and ‘I’m proud of myself.’

Meanwhile, a woman who has spent $30,000 on anti-aging cosmetic treatments over the past nine years has revealed exactly which procedures were worth her money – and which definitely weren’t.

Rachel Rose, 34, who lives in Florida, revealed all about all her procedures and treatments to her viewers in a YouTube video last year, admitting that she had “made some big mistakes along the way.”
