A crazed husband cut out his wife’s heart after allegedly ramming his car through the front of their home when she reported him for raping her.
Police found Marcelo Nistarda Antoniassi with the knife he allegedly used to remove Milena Dantas Bereta Nistarda’s organs after rushing to the scene of the murder.
In addition to her heart, the victim’s intestines were also allegedly cut out.
The 53-year-old victim had only reported her partner to police four hours earlier and he is said to have panicked and smashed the front door of their home by driving his car into it before killing her.
The sickening crime took place in the city of Tupa, 400 miles northwest of Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Police confirmed that Milena reported her husband around 9:30 a.m. on Monday and that she was murdered around 1:30 p.m. the same day.

She allegedly told investigators that her husband often held her captive in her own home and forced her to have sex against her wishes.
She reported to him the same day she discovered a tracking app on her phone.
The business manager confessed to his crime at the scene and begged officers to kill him, but refused to answer questions as he was taken to a nearby police station.
The couple was married for 29 years and had an adult son, although they are also believed to have raised Marcelo’s daughter from another relationship.
The abuse Milena suffered is said to have increased when the children left home a few months ago.
Police chief Milena Davoli Nabas de Melo told local media: ‘The suspect had a knife in his hand when officers arrived and asked them to shoot him for killing his victim, but they negotiated with him for a few minutes and made him give in . take the knife and throw it on the ground.’
A spokesperson for the regional government said in a statement: ‘A 49-year-old man was arrested for murder after he was caught red-handed near Vila Abarca in Tupa on Monday afternoon.
‘The victim had requested police protection from the suspect hours earlier.
‘The man broke into the family home and stabbed the woman who died on the spot. He tried to flee but was arrested.”
The sole murder suspect was expected to be remanded in custody after a court appearance.
Milena’s funeral will take place after an autopsy.
A friend today described her as ‘incredible’ in a tribute on social media, adding: ‘It’s not fair what happened to you.’
Another added: “May God comfort your children.”
