Hunter Biden’s paintings were reportedly bought by top Democratic donor Elizabeth Hirsch Naftali and Hollywood attorney Kevin Morris. Despite promises of anonymity, their identities were revealed. Naftali, who is also a real estate investor, was appointed to the Commission for the Preservation of America’s Heritage Abroad by President Biden in July 2022. It’s uncertain if she purchased the art before her appointment. Morris, known as Hunter’s ‘fixer’ lawyer, was spotted smoking on his Malibu balcony and had previously loaned $2 million to the First Son to help with tax payments.

Hunter Biden’s art buyers, previously promised anonymity, have been revealed as Elizabeth Hirsch Naftali and Kevin Morris. Naftali was appointed by President Biden to a commission, and she is active in California Democratic circles. The art prices raised concerns about selling White House influence.

It’s unclear how much Elizabeth Hirsch Naftali spent on Hunter’s art. Another buyer spent $875,000 on 11 paintings, but their identity remains unknown. The gallery received a commission of 40 to 45 percent on the total sales. The White House denies any connection between Naftali’s art purchase and her commission appointment. An email from Hunter’s laptop suggests he has helped others secure spots on the commission before.
