Hundreds of T-Mobile customers are experiencing problems with their mobile phones and 5G mobile data services.
According to DownDetectorwhich tracks outages, more than 500 customers have reported problems as of Tuesday morning.
Users reported problems connecting to mobile internet, 5G home internet and mobile phone services.
One of the hardest hit areas is Kansas, according to DownDetector, with customers in Kansas City, Overland Park, Olathe and Lenexa reporting problems.
Other areas with high numbers of reports are Houston, Texas, New Orleans, Louisiana and Los Angeles, California, according to the site.

Frustrated customers are complaining on social media about problems connecting to the network.
‘What happens with my data?’ one user wrote on social media platform X, while another user said, “Why is the data not available?”
“Is there an outage in Louisiana because I’m having service issues here?” another wrote.
Another customer complained, “There’s something going on with T-Mobile at my house this morning. Snapchats and iMessage work, but nothing else. I can’t call people and they can’t call me…so annoying.”
