West Ham fans may have had a lot to cheer about with their seventh-placed Premier League finish last season, but the price of beer and food at the London Stadium heading into the new campaign isn’t likely to bring a smile to many fans’ faces.
At a startling £7.60 for their most expensive a pint of larger, the Hammers have the highest priced drink in the Premier League. Even the cheapest-priced larger at the East London club will set punters back £7.30.
To add insult to injury, the club also tops the league table when it comes to expensive food, with the cheapest pie available costing an eye-watering £6, again higher than any other club in the top flight.

Amidst the rising cost of living, a number of clubs have committed to a freeze in prices for consumables, with United, Bournemouth, Chelsea, Crystal Palace and Wolves all maintaining their prices from the 2021/22 season.
While newly-minted Newcastle have actually reduced their pricing, with the cost of a pint now costing £4.80 at St James’ Park.
