Horrifying moment four-year-old boy is pinned to the floor, picked up by the ANKLES and held upside down at preschool – as devastated mom files child abuse report after he returned home with bruises
A distressed Los Angeles mother has filed a child abuse complaint against a daycare center after CCTV footage showed her toddler pinned to the ground.
Footage of that moment shows an employee of Kinder Kids Christian Preschool grabbing the four-year-old by his arms and lifting him off the ground.
You can see the child resisting, but in the video the daycare worker appears to continue turning the toddler.
After a brief struggle between the toddler and the adult, the child is seen lying on his back while the unidentified employee kneels over him and holds him by the arms.

The young boy’s mother, Brie’ann Battle, filed an abuse report with the Los Angeles Police Department after seeing bruises on her son’s body.
According to Battle, the child recounted the incident to her and explained how he was forcibly restrained by the employee after he disobeyed their orders.

The young boy’s mother, Brie’ann Battle, eventually filed an abuse report with the Los Angeles Police Department after seeing bruises on her son’s body.
‘I’m furious. I’m furious. I’m frustrated. She yanked my baby by the shoulders,” Battle said
The upset mother told me KTL: ‘He was attacked. And his mother was nowhere around.
‘She grabs him by both shoulders. She could have torn his rotator cuffs and then held him vertical for about 10 seconds. Puts his head on the table. Puts her body weight on him. She twists his arms.
‘He was fighting for his life. At that moment you have someone holding you upside down and holding you back. She told him she was going to teach him a lesson.
‘I’m furious. I’m furious. I’m frustrated. She yanked my baby by the shoulders,” she continued ABC.
Battle has also claimed that the CCTV footage only shows part of what happened and that the actual incident lasted much longer.
She also withdrew her son from kindergarten and said she will continue to “fight for justice.”
‘I’m going to fight for my baby. [The daycare worker] will be brought to justice, I will make sure of that,” Battle stated.
