Donna-Marie of Hollyoaks is about to take a dark path from her past as she struggles with the feeling of being constantly isolated from her family.

In the next few scenes, the gym owner is desperate for someone to talk to, but James struggles with his conscience about working with Eric, so he finds little time to comfort Donna-Marie.

After struggling to cope, she leaves an emotional voicemail for Juliet.
