Holly Willoughby shared a candid post about dealing with anxiety just hours before claims emerged of a plot to kidnap her.

In a post on her Wylde Moon account, the star shared tips from a psychologist on mental health issues.

A spokesperson for Essex Police said last night: ‘A 36-year-old man from Harlow has been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to kidnap as part of an ongoing investigation.

‘The arrest took place on Wednesday, October 4. He is currently in custody.”

In the hours since, Holly’s fans have shared their support on social media, with one person commenting under her most recent Wylde Moon post: “I hope Holly is doing well.”
