Heather Ray Young, who also uses her married name El MoussaShe is not resting on her laurels after giving birth to her first child with Tarek El Moussa just seven weeks ago.
On Sunday, the new mom was seen heading to a hot yoga class near her home in Newport Beach, California, and then heading back to her parked vehicle.
The Selling Sunset star kept it casual and sporty in the fashion department dressed in a gray tracksuit over brown underwear that included a sports bra.
She also donned a pair of furry black slippers, stylish dark sunglasses, and had her long blonde locks pulled back from her face and pulled into a loose ponytail.
The former Playboy model appeared to be fully engaged in a conversation on the phone as she left the yoga facility.
Getting her body back: Heather Ray Young, who also goes by her husband’s last name El Moussa, stepped out Sunday for a hot yoga class near her home in Newport Beach, California.
Eventually, she made it back to her parked Tesla with a baby on board sticker, climbed in, and drove off, apparently back home with her baby tony, Tristan.
When she returned home, the Anaheim, California native, her husband had posted a photo of her tending to their son, and was apparently going to kiss him.
“Sunday vibes,” reads the caption that ended up on his wife’s Instagram Stories.
Young is also a stepmother to her husband’s two children: Taylor, 12, and Brayden, seven, from his first marriage to Christina Haack.
There’s also a flattering image of Young sitting on a sofa in a green ensemble in a promotion for her home décor brand, Home By Them, which just launched in recent days.
In a social media post of his own, her husband called the company a “dream come true” and something they “have been working on for years.”
Specializing in home wellness products like candles and diffusers, Home By Them has already built a strong social media presence on Instagram with nearly 18,000 followers in a matter of days.
In their first post to the Instagram page, the couple can be seen working side by side in the kitchen, writing in the caption about how they talked for hours about “creating a home line that blends luxury and affordability,” since they started dating.
