Gogglebox star Daniel Lustig shared a shirtless photo on Instagram on Tuesday, days after his estranged husband Stephen Webb announced they were divorcing.
The 43-year-old, a favorite on the Channel 4 show, flexed his biceps as he posed in nothing but a towel after a shower at the gym.
Pouting for the camera, Daniel told fans he was back training with his personal trainer after Stephen’s announcement earlier this week.
He wrote: ‘Back to my training with @andrewfarnsworth.coach’.

‘There is and always will be a lot of love, but unfortunately we have grown apart and have decided to part ways.’
Daniel said: ‘It is with heavy hearts that we have made the decision to confirm that our marriage has come to an end.
“I’m sure we’ll be friends forever.”
The exes are still on good terms and the pair both run their hair salon together.
After Stephen’s announcement, they shared a video on Instagram of themselves riding a tandem bike and made light of their split.
Stephen even joked in the caption as he wrote: “Tandem riding straight out of this marriage #beryl #bff.”
Stephen first appeared in the Channel 4 show Gogglebox in 2023, alongside his ex-boyfriend Chris Ashby-Steed.
When the couple split, Stephen remained on the program with his late mother Pat.
Stephen and Daniel left Gogglebox last year before it was announced that Stephen would be taking part in the 2024 series of Dancing On Ice.
However, Stephen was forced to withdraw from the figure skating competition when he broke his ankle early in training.

He was rushed to Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth in October last year, where doctors told him he had broken his left ankle and would have to be on crutches for at least three months.
Stephen underwent surgery to have metal plates placed in his ankle for extra support, but there was no hope of him getting back on the ice.
Sources close to Stephen said he had ‘thoroughly enjoyed the new challenge’ and had gotten to know judges Torvill and Dean, as well as the other celebrity contestants, and was ‘gutted’ to have lost his place in the competition before the show had even started. .
They said at the time: ‘Stephen is devastated… he is absolutely devastated. He loved training, but when he put his skates on, he broke his ankle and was rushed to the hospital.
‘After two days and surgery to place metal plates in his left ankle, doctors told him there was no chance he could return to training, so he had no choice but to withdraw from competition.’
