A glamorous Texas cop has been suspended after being accused of being drunk at a gala.
Officer Kristie Bush has been fired for 30 days after the incident at a real estate awards party in San Antonio, where she was moonlighting as a DJ.
On March 16, officers were called to the Rosenberg Sky Room at the University of the Incarnate Word.
Body-worn camera footage obtained by KSAT shows police talking to Bush at the event, with one officer describing her saying, “Let’s f***ing party!”
Another woman accused the officer, who was wearing a revealing dark dress, of sitting next to her son and being “super drunk and loud.”

Bush was fired for 30 days after the incident at a real estate awards party in San Antonio, where she had worked as a DJ
Bush is seen explaining to the officer that she was contracted to play between 10 p.m. and noon and describing the situation as “damn annoying.”
She insists she has done nothing wrong and begins begging the officers to allow her to use her vape.
“This isn’t worth my career,” Bush says. All I want to do is hit my vape. It’s worth nothing. I just want to get down, go to my truck, hit my vape. Can I please go on my vape?” Bush asked.
She is told she cannot start vaping. Bush replies: ‘Why? I didn’t cause any trouble. It’s not a crime.’
She then becomes irritated after officers explain that they were called to reports of a disturbance.
An officer asks if she was “on the street” if she would allow someone in her situation to vape.
Bush says yes, stating, “I did nothing wrong. I literally did nothing wrong.”

Her colleagues noticed that she had red eyes and slurred speech during the conversation
But the event’s host told KSAT that Bush got drunk during his performance in front of the 350 guests.
The newspaper reported that several UIW officers noticed that Bush was slurring her speech and had bloodshot eyes.
She reportedly told officers she had had two drinks, before saying it was “one wine” she didn’t drink.
After being removed from the premises, Bush asked a San Antonio Police Department cadet, “What the hell are you looking at?”, records say.
A separate camera angle also shows event staff arguing with another off-duty police officer, Officer Jonathan Kavanagh, who says he was just trying to explain what had happened.
He was escorted out of the building after a confrontation with the host, during which he ordered Kavanagh to remove his hand from his face.
Kavanagh received no disciplinary action and was later allowed to reenter the venue under a police escort to destroy Bush’s equipment.
Bush was initially suspended for 45 days, but this was reduced to 30 days after a meeting with San Antonio Police Chief William McManus. She has not faced any criminal charges
Fellow off-duty officer Jonathan Kavanagh also got into a heated altercation with the event host but was not punished
