The lovebirds announced the happy news on Sunday, posting a sweet photo of the couple cuddling their newborn daughter.

A heartwarming snap showed a beaming Jeremy gently cradling young Macey in the hospital as his glowing girlfriend stood beside him.

The AFL player’s famous friends were quick to congratulate him on the happy news.

Jeremy, who hails from a farm in the Victorian town of Dartmoor, went out of his way to celebrate the Cats’ big win against the Sydney Swans in the Grand Final last year.
