David Beckham is known for being a style chameleon when it comes to hair.
Since the now-retired footballer, 48, made his Manchester United debut in 1993, the nation has seen him sport a whole host of different hairstyles.
And David’s four-part documentary about Netflix which represents his thirty-year career shows all his interesting looks.
Earlier this year, the fashion icon revealed that the only hairstyle he regrets is wearing the barrettes he wore ahead of meeting Nelson Mandela in 2003.
In the documentary, David insists he didn’t get his 2000 spotlight and initially refused to take off his hat when Sir Alex Ferguson asked him to.
He said: “I never did it to get attention. I am not that person.’ Sir Alex said: When David shaved his head I honestly thought a member of my family had died. Because my phone went off. Panic in the voices of the people’.

1985: David hadn’t yet experimented with hair gel and spray as he rocked his bouffant hair in 1985.
1995: 10 years later, Becks sports a spiky look but still has his natural hair color for his Manchester United v Leeds United debut in May 1995.
1997: Football player discovers hair gel and grows his hair in 1997.
1998: In 1998, Beckham created the curtain look and began experimenting with dyeing his hair with blonde highlights
2000: Just two years later, Beckham shaved off his hair completely, but added some sparkle to his look with diamond earrings
2001: In 2001, David turned heads when he showed off his Mohican hairstyle
2002: As the Mohican grew, Becks dyed his tips blue

2010: A year later, the Manchester United legend ditched his hair dye and shaved the sides of his hair
2010: Beckham decided to use a lot of hair gel to create a slicked-back, middle-parted hairdo at The Sun Military Awards 2010.
2012: Two years later, Becks rocked a big deal as the LA Galaxy were honored at the White House
2016: In 2016, Becks embraced his gray hair at the launch of the H&M Modern Essentials campaign
2017: In 2017, Beckham used wet-look gel to pull her hair into a ponytail for the Bioterm Homme campaign in Madrid
2017: David also sported a few new tattoos on his neck at the premiere of The Legend of King Arthur’s Sword
2019: In 2019, Beckham stepped out with a more tailored look for the premiere of Our Planet
2021: Two years later, David has dyed himself bright blonde and has a nasty gash on his nose
