Friends fans are convinced they've discovered a secret detail that proved which couples should always end up together.
The long-running sitcom reunited close friends Chandler Bing and Monica Geller in season four and became a fan-favorite couple.
Ross Geller and Rachel Green's on-off romance also took center stage throughout the show's ten series, before rekindling things in the last ever episode.
But fans are convinced they have discovered a secret detail that proved the two couples were always destined to end up together.
Eagle-eyed viewers have taken to social media to share a moment from the season three episode The One with the Football, which they believe hints at the romances.

Eagle-eyed viewers have taken to social media to share their theory that their outfits from season three episode The One with the Football (above) hint at the romances
They suggested that Monica and Chandler were both wearing Giants gear and Ross and Rachel were sporting Nike gear, hinting that they would end up together at the end of the show.
In the episode, Ross and Monica relived their sibling rivalry as they competed in a game of American football, on opposing teams featuring Rachel, Chandler, Joey Tribbiani and Phoebe Buffay.
While their Thanksgiving dinner was cooking, the group put on their workout gear for the game, and fans are convinced their outfits looked like something more.
They shared moments from the episode where Ross wore a blue sweater decorated with the Nike checkmark, while Rachel also wore a hat with the same logo.
Meanwhile, Chandler wore a blue Giants cap while Monica donned the same branded jersey, leaving fans convinced it was a signal they were meant for each other.
A fan shared the photos on Instagram and speculated: 'Look at Rachel's cap and look at Monica's T-shirt. Do you understand what I'm trying to say?'
Fans quickly took to the comments section to support the theory, admitting that they too were convinced the outfit choices hinted at which characters would end up together.
One wrote: 'Such a sweet little detail,' while another said: 'Foreshadowing. Awesome,' and a third said: 'Destined.'

A fourth gushed: 'They were meant to be,' while a fifth said: 'Yes, love, love, love.'
One added: “Their lobster,” referring to Phoebe calling soulmates “lobsters” because of her theory that they “fall in love and mate for life.”
During the season three episode, Ross and Rachel were in a relationship, but they broke up just episodes later in The One Where Ross And Rachel Take A Break.
Meanwhile, Monica and Chandler didn't begin their romance until a whole series later, when their one-night stand at Ross' wedding to Emily in London turned into something more.
