The doting mother smiled lovingly as she cradled her daughter Luella in her arms, while her boyfriend Luke carried their son Logan.
Luke kept it casual in faded blue jeans and a beige T-shirt, which he paired with an olive green bomber jacket.
He styled his ensemble with white sneakers and wore his dark brown locks in a sleek style.
Frankie also took to her Instagram to share a fun video montage that documented the twins’ fun first birthday party.
She glimpsed the beautiful decorations, with a huge number one light-up sign, blue and pink balloons, and a cutout of Peter Rabbit.
There was also a glittering wall, and guests were given Peter Rabbit-themed gift boxes with “Logan” or “Luella” written on them.
There were huge table spreads of delicious treats, while there were also two beautiful cakes, a pink one for Luella and a blue one for Logan.
Also among the tasty treats were brightly colored macarons with Beatrix Potter’s characters Peter Rabbit and Jemima Puddle-Duck drawn on them.
Frankie also shared a glimpse of their white bouncy castle with Logan and Luella’s names on it, as she played sweetly with the pair inside.
The celebrations come after Frankie opened up about having “s*** days” while talking about motherhood.
