FOX Sports pundit Paul Kent arrested and charged with domestic violence offences

Rugby league journalist Paul Kent of Fox Sports and Daily Telegraph has been arrested on domestic violence charges.

According to Nine Newspolice were called to a home in Lilyfield in Sydney’s inner western suburbs on Friday morning after an incident involving a 52-year-old man and a 35-year-old woman.

Kent, who co-hosts the NRL 360 show on FOX League with former NRL star Braith Anasta, and the woman were both arrested.

The woman was later released without charge, while Kent was reportedly arrested and charged with assault and intentionally asphyxiating a person without consent.

Nine News added Kent will appear in court later this week.
