But Harley Judge, now 28, was unrecognizable in a mirror selfie on Saturday as she showed off her ripped physique and massive muscles in a dramatic transformation.
His newfound gains barely fit on the arms of his T-shirt as he shows off his gigantic biceps and quads in a look very different from his Love Island appearance.
Harley, who now owns an online training service with his bodybuilder girlfriend Lauren Brown, regularly competes in bodybuilding competitions.
The former maintenance worker sticks to a rigid exercise routine and diet, regularly posting motivational fitness updates on his Instagram account.

In June, the former maintenance worker revealed that he had gained 30kg of muscle since leaving the show, but has grown even more in size since then.
And posting a transformation image to Instagram last year, she showed off her progress since lockdown, writing: “Literally blew my mind looking at these images.
‘You don’t really realize how far you’ve come until you look back and compare.
‘Locked up until now, I’ve been relentless, day after day. 26 months of solid graft…’
Her followers flocked to her Instagram comments in awe. One said, ‘CRAZY GROWTH,’ while another said, ‘Keep up the amazing work man. You are a true freak of nature.
But some of her fans were unsure about the transformation, with one commenting ‘ridiculous’ and a second saying: ‘She looked better naturally.’
Harley briefly appeared on Love Island in the show’s third series, which was ultimately won by Kem Cetinay and Amber Davies.
The then-22-year-old said girls often described him as a ‘bit of a Ken Doll’ or ‘Baywatch type of guy’ as he sported a blonde quiff and a cheesy smile.

Despite sharing a kiss with Amber Davies on the first night, Harley was spurned by two girls in the villa despite his best efforts to woo them, meaning he was the first islander to be cut from the show.
The ‘gutted’ gym fanatic broke down in tears when told to leave the house after running into the bottom two with newcomer Jonny Mitchell.
Harley, who was snubbed by Amber and Chloe Crowhurst on the show, said he was “disappointed” and called his love rival, newbie Chris, a “player”.
“Obviously, I’m absolutely gutted to be leaving,” the emotional evictee told Caroline Flack after saying goodbye to his tearful housemates.
‘I built a great bond with everyone there. I felt like I was starting to get lonely towards the end.
“I didn’t get a chance to express any romantic feelings towards anyone, so it’s disappointing that I didn’t get a chance to meet any of the future newcomers. However, they all seem happy in their partners, which is nice to see.
