Former N.B.A star Justise Winslow has put on his Southern California mansion for sale for a whopping $5.3 million as he may look to play overseas this fall as his future in the league looks bleak.

Winslow, who played for Duke in the Blue Devils’ 2015 NCAA Championship run, listed his six-bedroom, seven-bathroom home in Tarzana — an LA suburb — on the multiple listing service (MLS) about 10 days ago, as according to reports it was built on almost 1.5 hectares of land.

The private home was built in the 1950s but completely renovated in the last ten years and is located away from the entrance gates, at the end of a long driveway. The 6,200-square-foot home features high ceilings, new floors, custom cabinetry and recessed lighting.

But the views surrounding the home are truly breathtaking, as the new owner gets a full view of the San Fernando Valley from the 200-foot deck, which features an outdoor kitchen, bar, fire pit, swimming pool and pool house.

There is even a basketball court and a three-hole putting green Redfin.

Eco-friendly features, such as solar panels and a tankless water heater, are also included.

A guest house was also built on the site, which could be rented out by the new owner as it could be used as a charming 1+1 retreat or by family/friends passing by.

With ample space for a large vegetable garden and access for campers, the property offers endless possibilities for luxurious living in a serene environment.

It also has its own gym.

Winslow burst onto the national basketball scene while starring for Duke for nearly a decade.

Months after leading the Blue Devils to the NCAA Tournament in his lone season of college basketball, the forward was drafted by the Miami Heat with the 10th overall pick in the 2015 NBA Draft.

He then bounced around the league for a while after Miami traded him in 2020.

In 2023, Winslow played for the Raptors 905 of the G-League, but never suited up for an NBA game this season.
