The brazen football fan who stormed the AAMI Park pitch during Tottenham training in Melbourne has revealed what he shouted at Ange Postecoglou’s Premier League stars.

Labeling themselves TikTok as ‘Melbournesmennace’, the man in question boldly decided to film himself illegally entering the arena on Tuesday evening.

Security intervened before he even got near the players, but not before the enthusiastic Arsenal fan delivered a verbal insult that is sure to infuriate the Hotspur fans.

“Up the Gunners,” he was heard shouting at Spurs defenders Emerson Royal and Micky van de Ven.

Arsenal and Tottenham are both based in North London, and the teams’ hatred of each other is legendary.

The fan also claimed he avoided a fine for a technical problem as it was an open training session and not a league or practice match.

A Victoria Police spokesperson told Ny Breaking Australia it was up to the owners of AAMI Park – or Tottenham – whether they wanted to investigate the matter further.

On the MCG pitch, Postecoglou’s Spurs and Newcastle United played out a 1-1 draw in front of 78,419 fans on Wednesday evening.

After slumping to a 5-4 defeat on penalties, many Tottenham players flew away on Wednesday evening for national team commitments or a well-deserved holiday.

“I thought it was a huge effort from the players, considering how many trips we had to make to get here,” Postecoglou said.

‘Many of them now have a few days off for the European Championships [2024 in Germany] or Copa America… and the rest gets a break.”

Postecoglou also indicated that he will soon return to work for next season after a short break.

“It never really stops, that’s the reality,” he said.

‘But I have some free time. My family… we’re going to Greece and getting away for a few weeks.’
