The Tennessee policewoman who was fired for having sex with her colleagues claimed she was in an open marriage, but her park ranger husband disagreed.
La Vergne Police Department patrol officer Maegan Hall was fired along with four other officers after it was revealed in December that she “had a sexual relationship” with them.
Fellow Patrolmen Juan Lugo-Perez, Lewis Powell, Detective Seneca Shields and Sgt. Henry Ty McGowan admitted to the allegations, according to an internal investigation. Shields also claimed that he had oral sex with Hall in the department gym while he was on duty.
Hall, who is married to Jedidiah Hall, is also accused of baring her breasts while at a Memorial Day ‘family’ boat party with patrol officer Patrick Magliocco, who has been suspended, and fellow officers David Durham and Eric Staats.
Magliocco said in the report that Hall had kissed his wife, Amy, and that her husband witnessed the incident but “was not really on board.”
Jedidiah Hall, who works at Henry Horton State Park as a seasonal interpretive reenactor, has described how the park became his family’s “favorite summer destination.”
Patrol officer Maegan Hall was fired last month for having “a sexual relationship” with multiple men on the La Vergne police force.
Meagan Hall is married to Ranger Jedidiah Hall. One of the officers who claimed that he and her wife were in an open relationship with Maegan Hall revealed that Jedidiah saw her and her wife kissing and did not agree to the open relationship.
Growing up on the trails and swimming in the river made me fall in love with our state parks and being outdoors,” he wrote in a blog for the parks department.
“That summer changed my life and I decided to teach park visitors about Tennessee’s history and natural resources.”
She added that her favorite part of working for the state parks department “is witnessing the look in our visitors’ eyes as they connect” with our state’s cultural resources.
“That ‘wow’ moment makes all the hard work worth it, and makes me fall in love with our park system all over again,” he wrote.
The grisly affair of Jedidiah Hall’s wife with her colleagues came to light after an internal investigation in December.
K-9 officer Larry Holladay and patrol officer Gavin Schoeberl were also suspended and charged with sexual harassment after exchanging sexual images with Hall.
Patrol Officer Patrick Magliocco, who has been suspended, admitted to having sex with Hall on multiple occasions. Magliocco claimed that he and his wife had an open relationship with Hall
K-9 officer Larry Holladay was suspended for having a sexual relationship with Hall off-duty. The two met in hotels or at his home.
Detective Seneca Shields, who was fired, admitted to having oral sex with Hall in the department gym while on duty.
Lewis Powell was also fired after denying that he was in a sexual relationship with Powell. Investigators were told that Hall performed oral sex on her while on duty. He later confessed to the accusations.
One incident detailed in the internal report is a hot tub party, compared to Girls Gone Wild, which was attended by several of the fired and suspended officers’ wives.
Magliocco was seen pouring vodka down Hall’s throat moments before she removed her top.
The report says that “Hall’s top came off and Staats, the boat’s owner, helped put it back on because ‘he was trying to protect her.'”
Hall then took Magliocco to the bathroom and asked her if she “wanted to fuck” and then gave her oral sex as they got off the boat.
Hall was open about her relationships with the other officers and once bragged to Magliocco about Officer Powell’s cock after performing oral sex on him while on duty, according to the report.
Durham and Staats claim they did not have an inappropriate relationship with Hall.
Powell, who is married, initially denied having a sexual relationship with Hall multiple times, stating that “everyone knows that he has multiple partners.” She later confessed.
Magilocco told investigators on December 13 that he and his wife had been in an open relationship with Hall since the spring of 2022.
She revealed that one day Hall’s husband found her and his wife and did not agree to the open relationship.
“At a party, Hall’s wife and Magliocco started kissing and Hall’s husband walked into the room and seemed upset,” the report says.
Hall appeared to keep her sexual relationship with her husband a secret, asking other officers to lend her money to book hotels.
Fellow officers were concerned about Hall’s mental health. On one occasion, Hall expressed “harmful thoughts” of him and drove home intoxicated with him.
Magilocco told investigators he had been concerned about Hall’s mental health since he got seriously drunk at his house party in early December and drove home “drunk.”
“Hall expressed ‘harmful thoughts’ and on multiple occasions said she should not be alone,” the report read.
Magilocco reported his concerns to the department on December 8.
Hall told Officer Holladay, who was suspended for sending explicit images, that she had “bad days.”
Holladay told investigators that he once invited Hall and other officers to his home to watch football and that there was “excessive drinking.”
“Holladay reported that there was talk of a threesome with him, Hall and Holladay’s ex,” the report headlines. Holladay reported that nothing happened at the party.
The officer admitted to having a sexual relationship with Hall and meeting her in hotel rooms to have sex. The last meeting of her was in mid-November.
Before Hall was officially hired on the force, she met at Officer McGowan’s home with her husband and another woman.
At the time, Hall was a candidate and had removed her clothes along with the other woman.
“Hall’s husband was upset,” the report says. “During that visit, McGowan admitted to taking his penis out of her with Hall in the room and taking a picture of it. He sent that photo to Hall.
McGowan denied having sex with Hall, but revealed explicit photos and videos he received of her.
Another employee revealed that McGowan approached her while she was on duty and strangled her.
He was fired amid allegations of sexual commitment and workplace violence.
Hall initially denied having a sexual relationship with any of the men except Holladay, who insisted it was only at his home or in hotels.
But he admitted to “sending nude images to other officers on duty, including Holladay, Magliocco and Officer Schoeberl.”
He later recanted and confessed about Magliocco, but denied being involved with his wife.
‘Magliocco had discussed having a threesome with Magliocco’s wife; however, nothing ever happened on that issue,’ the report reads.
Hall also confirmed that he had sexual relations with Lugo-Perez and Powell.
