Eight-time Grammy winner Fergie showed off her edgy street style while dining with friends in Los Angeles’ Brentwood neighborhood on Friday night.

The 47-year-old Black Eyed Peas star (born Stacy Ann Ferguson) was spotted leaving the Baltaire restaurant in a leather jacket and pleated jeans as she walked to her car.

The singer styled her long blonde locks in flowing waves over her chest and opted for a glamorous makeup palette with orange smoky eyes and glossy lips.

The mother-of-one added a bit of height with black platforms and accessorized her look with long silver earrings and rings on each finger.

It comes after Black Eyed Peas’ song My Humps is at the center of a lawsuit over claims a toy maker ripped the song off.

Music publisher BMG Rights Management is suing toy maker MGA Entertainment for making a parody of the hit.

It revolves around a music video featuring animated dancing unicorn puppets excreting sparkling slime that is part of the promotion for his Poopsie Slime Surprise line of toys.

The accuser, BMG, claims that My Poops is a rip-off of the My Humps melody, tempo, chord progression, and even features a female vocalist much like Fergie, who provided most of the catchy parts in the original, according to Reuters.

BMG, which claims to own 75 percent of the copyright to My Humps, claims the toy line has brought MGA Entertainment tens of millions of dollars in profits, largely thanks to the promotional video featuring My Poops, which was shown without his permission.

The publishing company is asking the court for at least $10 million in damages.

My Humps was a huge hit for the Black Eyed Peas, reaching number three on the Hot 100 in November 2005 and eventually winning Best Pop Performance By A Duo Or Group With Vocals at the 49th Annual Grammy Awards.

The first sign of possible copyright infringement comes in the verse where a woman in My Poops sings, “What ya gonna do with all that poop — all that poop — woo woo — I’m gonna poop oh poop poop oh yeah — Gonna get mad at my shit.’

It sounds a lot like the Black Eyed Peas verse in its sound, phrasing and delivery.

Whatcha gon do with all that junk – All that junk in your trunk? – I’ma get, get, get, get you drunk – Get you love drunk off my hump,’ sing Will.i.am and Fergie in My Humps.

According to the indictment, MGA ignored shutdown notices from BMG. MGA Entertainment was the company behind the Bratz doll line.
