Fashion model Daisy Lowe sells her Camden townhouse for £1.82million – after she was sued by celebrity builder for not paying £45,000 refurb bill

Daisy Lowe has sold her Camden mansion for £1.82 million – after being sued by a famous builder for failing to pay a £45,000 renovation bill.

The fashion model, 34, bought the historic three-storey property for £1.55 million in 2017 and set about modernizing it, adding trendy decor and a new kitchen extension.

She sold it last year for £1.82 million – £20,000 more than the asking price of £1.8 million.

The model enthusiastically told followers on Instagram that she and her partner Jordan Saul are ready to tackle a new renovation project together.

The star posted photos of her former home in north London and said: ‘While Ivy is napping, I’m finally going to sit down and start planning our new renovation.

“I’m very excited to make us a new nest (and slightly nervous about my baby brain taking over and making everything pink).

Agents describe Inigo House as a “beautiful three-storey house in the Camden Square Conservation Area.”

It was built in the 1860s and has 1,600 square feet of space, including a custom DeVol kitchen.

‘Great care has been taken in the design and renovation, introducing a glass-roofed extension to the rear; all interior and exterior paints are from the ecologically responsible color specialist Lick Paint,” the description continued.

The house is close to the one owned by Amy Winehouse when she died, and is in a celebrity-filled enclave.

“The kitchen is perhaps the most impressive room,” the description continues.
