Fashion designer Camilla Franks sells her $7.25million five bedroom home in Sydney’s Woollahra

Kaftan queen Camilla Franks has managed to offload her fabulous apartment in Sydney’s eastern suburbs for an undisclosed sum.

The fabulously eccentric two-storey Woollahra house, originally on the market for $7 million.

The list price for the five-bedroom, three-bathroom home was later revised to $7.25 million.

The sale was signed off to an unknown buyer earlier this week Domain on Saturday.

Built in the 1880s and named “Villa Camilla,” Franks purchased the extravagantly decorated home in 2016 for $3.868 million, according to The Wentworth Courier.

Franks’ bohemian style and striking colorful designs are characteristic.

There is also an outdoor entertainment deck with fire pit, saltwater pool and wraparound patio.

The advert comes after Franks bought a vintage property in nearby Bondi.

Built in 1908, the opulent estate known as Gnal Loa is set on just over 1,000 m² and surrounded by flowering gardens.
