Farmer Wants A Wife star Lorelei Bates has shared her disappointment that Farmer didn’t reach out to David after she passed out on the set of the show after he turned her down.
During the show’s finale, which aired last Sunday, Lorelei was left out for David’s affections when he chose Emily as his last girl.
The ensuing shock led to her passing out on-air, a moment where the 26-year-old admits she left a vague memory of what happened next.
“When David told me he didn’t choose me, I just collapsed,” Lorelei said Mommy.
“To be honest, I can’t remember what I did or said after that moment. From then on we divorced and I haven’t heard from him since.’

In the show’s finale, which aired last Sunday, Lorelei fell out of the running for David’s affection when he chose Emily to be his last girl.
Lorelei expressed her pain and said she was disappointed that David had not reached out to check on her, if only to make sure she was okay.
“I really wish David had reached out. Somehow I imagined him as the kind of person who would do that.’
The reality TV star showed understanding for David’s decision to keep his distance.
“When David told me he didn’t choose me, I just collapsed,” Lorelei told Mamamia. “To be honest, I can’t remember what I did or said after that moment. From then on we were separated and I haven’t heard from him since.”
She thought he might have avoided reaching out to respect his relationship with Emily, the woman he ultimately chose on the show.
David, who is from Pozieres, Queensland, felt for her, telling producers, “I’m pretty devastated thinking about how this is going to feel for Lorelei.
“I didn’t come here to break hearts. I came here to fall in love, and I think I fell in love.”
In the end, David chose Emily, a 26-year-old special education assistant from Queensland.
