NFL star Tom Brady is building himself a lavish new condo in Los Angeles as he moves forward in the wake of his divorce from supermodel Gisele Bundchen, sources tell DailyMail.com.
Brady, 45, has been without a home on the west coast since 2014, when he sold his custom-designed “French Chateau” moated to Dr. Dre sold for an eye-popping $40 million.
Photos of the father-of-three checking out his new home emerged in May – but DailyMail.com can reveal that the new home has been in the works since July 2020.
In an April 2021 social media post, interior design firm Annette English + Associates described the project as “a space we envisioned for a young, growing family — one that maximizes the California climate and allows the family to thrive.”
The 14,000-square-foot property is still unfinished, and Brady is currently renting a pad in LA — the one he took his new love Irina Shayk, 36, to in photos released last month.
But if so, the property – located in LA’s posh Brentwood neighborhood – will prove to be a luxurious love nest – with a large en-suite master bedroom, private wine cellar and a beautiful rectangular pool set in landscaped gardens.

Though smaller than Brady’s previous LA home — which sits on four acres of land and spans 18,000 square feet — architectural renderings from DailyMail.com show it will be just as impressive.
The home, which was designed by the same architectural firm as Brady’s previous LA residence, will have a large dining area and sitting room with a large TV and foosball table.
The drawings, published on the Landry Design Group’s website, also show that the master bedroom will have its own terrace and will eventually be decorated in tasteful neutral tones, while the sleek modern bathrooms will be fitted with expensive marble cladding.
Other features include an outdoor ‘bar lounge’ and a huge marble kitchen with a huge white marble island where Brady can eat.
Given Brady’s dedication to fitness, it’s not surprising the home will also feature what the interior designers described as “a state-of-the-art gym” in an Instagram update of the project.
Although Brady now lives mostly in Miami, Florida, where ex-wife Gisele has a home, he is from California and grew up in San Mateo; a small town in the Bay Area.
The new property is just 28 miles from the home of his oldest sister Maureen, 50, who lives in the Los Angeles suburb of Agoura Hills.

It will also prove useful for his new role with the Las Vegas Raiders after he bought a minority stake in the team in June, which he described as “a dream come true.”
Vegas is less than a 40-minute flight from LA or an easy four-hour drive through the Mohave Desert.
Brady has spent much of his time in Los Angeles, after meeting Shayk at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
Meanwhile his ex Gisele Bundchen took a trip home to Brazil and shared snaps from the vacation on her Instagram.
‘What a magical place! I’m so charged and inspired,” she captioned a series of 10 photos, adding a praying hands emoji.
In the first photo, the supermodel sits on a swing on a tree branch.
The former Victoria’s Secret Angel — who turned 43 last month — showed off her fit figure in a sports bra and leggings. Her hair was in a thick braid down her back and on her head was a black bowler hat.
The second photo featured a close-up of a beautiful blue, green, and yellow parrot that appeared to be smiling at the camera.
