EXCLUSIVE: Kris Jenner’s former bodyguard Marc McWilliams who accused her of grabbing his crotch and exposing her body parts in a ‘lewd manner’ drops $3million lawsuit

The Kardashian bodyguard who sued family matriarch Kris Jenner for sexual assault, claiming she grabbed his crotch and exposed herself to him, has dropped his $3 million lawsuit against her.

Marc McWilliams — who is 20 years younger than Jenner, 67 — asked a Los Angeles Superior Court judge to dismiss the case “with prejudice,” meaning it would be final and could not be reheard.

While there are no details in the new document McWilliams filed, it is highly likely that a cash settlement was reached.

McWilliams – an African-American who also accused Jenner of racial discrimination – is an ex-rapper who was employed by the famous TV clan between 2017 and 2019.

McWilliams, who worked as a bodyguard for the Kardashian clan between 2017 and 2019, claims Jenner once groped him and made suggestive comments while they were in her Bentley (pictured in 2014) in October 2017.

The celebrity momager, pictured last month with daughter Khloe Kardashian, was accused of sexually assaulting her former bodyguard while he worked for the family in 2017

In his lawsuit – filed in September 2020 – he recounted a “particularly shocking” incident on the morning of October 22, 2017, when Jenner wanted to go out in her luxury Bentley and ordered him into the front passenger seat.

As Jenner drove, “she began making comments to plaintiff (McWilliams) of a flirtatious and overtly sexual nature,” his attorney Sean Novak said in legal documents.

“Without warning, Jenner placed her right hand on McWilliams’ inner left upper thigh and groin in a manner that was overtly sexually offensive.

She then made sure to move her right hand up the inside of McWilliams’ left thigh and groin as she caressed her.

“McWilliams was shocked and offended by Jenner’s uninvited and overt sexual contact and attempted to distance himself from her groping.

“As he moved his body away from the offensive sexual contact, Jenner’s right hand came into contact with McWilliams’ inner groin and genital area.”

McWilliams was “emotionally distressed” by Jenner’s “excessive and unsolicited” actions, which he “did not consent to at any time,” said Novak, who added that his client had “suffered physical and mental pain” as a result of Jenner’s behavior. .disease….sleep loss, depression and other health problems.

McWilliams, 47, a former rapper turned Kardashian security guard, alleged in his original complaint that Jenner “repeatedly and frequently caused her body to come into intimate physical contact” with his body

While there are no details of a settlement in the new document McWilliams filed, it is very likely that a cash settlement has been reached.

Jenner has been dating boyfriend Corey Gamble, 42, since 2014 (pictured together at the 2021 Met Gala).

Jenner’s 44-year-old daughter Kourtney Kardashian was also named in the lawsuit, but it was her mother who subjected McWilliams to a “pattern of unwanted and unwelcome sexual advances and otherwise harassing misconduct,” he alleged in court documents.

According to McWilliams, Kris “repeatedly and frequently caused her body to come into intimate physical contact” with his body.

Among her “inappropriate” and “sexually suggestive” behavior he listed:

*’Massaging (his) neck, shoulders, arms and back without his permission;

*’Whereby her hand rested on (his) thigh and groin;

*’Causing her pelvis to rub against (his) back and/or rear end without his consent or approval;

*’Causing her hands to come into contact with (his) backside without his consent or approval;

* ‘Exposing parts of her body to (him) in a lewd or suggestive manner;’

McWilliams — who sought a jury trial and $3 million in damages — told Jenner her behavior was unwelcome and asked her to stop, he said in court documents.

“But Jenner ignored all these requests and continued this inappropriate misconduct.”

McWilliams also alleged racial discrimination, including “general and cruel ridicule, intimidation, belittling, and otherwise degrading mistreatment by defendants because of (his) race.”

The Kardashian-Jenner reality TV series Keeping Up with the Kardashians – which launched their careers – ended its 20th and final season last June after a 13-year run

He filed a complaint with his employer’s human resources department, but claimed he was again ignored.

He was suspended from working with Kris, but continued to work for Kourtney until he was fired in September 2019, said McWilliams — whose lawsuit also alleged wrongful termination against his employers, David Shield Security and Armor Protection Services.

McWilliams alleged that after his dismissal, he “suffered intimidation, intimidation and otherwise threatening misconduct in an attempt to deter or prevent him from taking any form of action against Defendants for their unlawful misconduct.”

After McWilliams filed his lawsuit, Jenner’s attorney, Marty Singer, brushed off the claims in a statement to DailyMail.com, saying, “Kris Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian strongly deny former security guard Marc’s completely false claims.

“His absurd allegations are clearly fabricated and contrary to easily corroborated facts. Kris has never acted inappropriately towards him.

‘The security company stopped assigning McWilliams to work there after the security guard was repeatedly caught sleeping in his car on the job.

“Significantly, McWilliams never made any complaints to his employer about Kris until he made this ridiculous claim a year later.

“Although Kourtney is named in the lawsuit, she is not accused of doing anything inappropriate, and she has not done so.”

McWilliams is a founding member of the late ’80s group MGM – Musically Gifted Men – which he formed with his good friend, disgraced rap star R. Kelly.

Keeping Up With The Kardashians, the series that put the family in the spotlight after it launched in 2007, ran for 20 seasons until 2021 and last year the family launched a new TV reality show called The Kardashians.

Kris’s first taste of fame came during her first marriage to LA lawyer Robert Kardashian, when he was part of the ‘dream team’ of top lawyers who won the acquittal for OJ Simpson at the end of his infamous murder trial in the mid-1990s.

She and Robert had four children: daughters Kourtney, Kim, now 43, Khloe, 39, and son Rob, 36. They divorced in 1991 and Robert died of cancer in 2003.

In April 1991 – just a month after her divorce from Kardashian – Kris married her second husband, ex-Olympic gold medal-winning athlete, Bruce Jenner, and they had two children, Kendall, 26, and Kylie, 24.

The couple separated in 2013 and divorced in 2015, the same year Bruce publicly declared herself a transgender woman and renamed herself Caitlyn Jenner.
